The week of the 18th

Hello Eaters!

The farm is humming along happily right now. It is nice to be distributing food again and getting to see all of you.

How are you doing using your share? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Or just curious about learning tips on how other members use their share? Or more about recipes? We are hosting another "Orientation" this Tuesday and Friday from 5-7pm. We'll have a question and answer session about how to use your share, as well as several veteran members on hand to tell us what they have figured out about using their share over the years. This is open to everyone who would like to come, new and returning members alike. We will meet over by the swing set.

This week's food:

rutabagas, beets (I've been keeping boiled slices in the fridge for quick beet, walnut, blue cheese, balsamic salads), pac choi, komatsuna, radishes, daikon, head lettuce, salad mix, garlic scapes (try garlic scape pesto), spinach, chard, kale, collards, mustard greens, basil, cilantro, hakurei turnips (try these if you haven't!),

u-pick:
unlimited: sugar snap peas and bachelor buttons
limited: strawberries - 7 quart season limit

See you around!
