A group of friends and farm members helped us put the plastic up on our new passive hi-tunnel this Saturday. We had wonderful weather for the big moment - perfectly still and then a slight puff of wind to lift the plastic right into place as we all pulled it over the hoops.
Now we're ready to make raised beds, top dress them with compost, and then plant tomatoes, basil, European cucumbers, and peppers.
