We have a bin of dill seed heads in the distribution shed for Dilly Beans.
Recipe: (makes 2 quarts)
2 LBS Green Beans
1 Dill seed head
1/4 Tbsp Cayenne or hot pepper
Boil 2 cups vinegar, 2 cups water, 3 Tbsp salt.  Pour hot  mixture over Beans
in Quart jars.  Boil 10 minutes in a water bath or just cover jars and refrigerate.
