I hope everyone is enjoying their food! Here's a list of what we expect to harvest for the next Ithaca and Cortland distribution. Remember, this could change!
Chard
Kale
Parsley
Mustard greens
Head lettuce
Salad Mix
Escarole
So you see, Greens! 'tis the season to relish a bulk of chlorophyll. The peas are ripening, I think another week and they'll be ready.
